Today I am going to speak about how we all gain and lose weight differently.We  all have different bodies but the basic recipe to lose weight is universal.I’m sure that we all heard that a healthy diet and regular  exercise should keep us all slim.We all wish that it would work that way but unfortunately that’s not the case.With the right tools ,we can easily design a weight loss program that will work for us.As you probably know by now that I have a weight problem and I assure you that I have tried everything out there, that’s why I thought I would create this blog so I could share some of my thoughts and ideas with you.Tempting short cuts and fad diets usually crash and do not have long term results.There are no real tricks out there,only good tools and lots of information  to help us stay on course.we have to start making small changes every day to see gradual weight loss.
Take it step-by-step to see what you need to do each day so you can get to your ultimate goal. Figure out when and where you can make dietary cut backs and add lots of exercise  to your day . Track everything and use the following tips on how to lose weight now.

1. Establish  goals every day. Using a  calorie calculator tool, determine your daily intake for weight maintenance, You can find one on the Internet. To lose weight, you will then need to follow a diet plan with fewer calories per day depending on your goals.
2. Track your calories. Find an online diet tracker to enter  foods and beverages you consume.

3. Score Card Keep an eye on your diet score card to stay within your target ranges for calories and major nutrients like carbs, proteins, and fats.

4. Know what you eat It’s a good idea to have some general knowledge of how many calories  are in the food you eat before you eat them.

5. Keep a journal. Set up a journal to record how you are doing as you diet and exercise. Keep track of your foods and workouts. Note your successes as well as your failures and make necessary adjustments to your program .

 Friends and family are a great source of support and motivation. Invite trusted friends to watch what you’re eating and when you’re exercising.
